These are flat buckle collars. Nylon webbing covered in fabric, either a front cover for a lighter weight collar or a whole wrap. These are all pre made typically from fabric left over from a different project or from a fun fat quarter piece I have found and had to use. We do not have enough fabric to make matching leashes with any of these and typically we can not customize to different sizes, you can ask and you might get lucky but normally these are sold as is while supplies last. I can always shrink in length if needed, but these styles typically can not be made any longer than what they are listed as.  Designed for small to medium dogs. Maximum 27" neck size.
