1 puppy is staying back with me. I am specifically looking for a BI with no copper. I am not looking at body colour and there are only 3 bi coloured puppies, 2 of them stand out right away for head shape. Cyg and Cass. I will NOT choose my puppy until the very last minute after they have structure and movement I can evaluate. If you want a black female you will get one of them but I can not say which one.
I am holding back the blue girl to grow up until at least 10 weeks, and I "may" have a breeder interested in the blue boy so he is going to be held back until 10 weeks when we can evaluate him unless he obviously looks pet quality earlier than that in which case he will be for sale. If we do not keep or place them in breeding homes then they will come available towards 9 weeks of age.
Possibly looking for a co-own family for the red merle boy IF he stays small and is show/breed quality. If not he can go as a pet.
As with all my litters, we never promise a specific puppy until 9 weeks after their vet check. So many things can happen. Between potential health issues and personality conflicts, a tree falling on my house, we wait until they are almost ready to go to promise anyone a specific puppy. Breeders get first priority, then proven active sports homes if we have any, then pet homes. If you want a black, I can promise you 1 but not which one. If you are interested in a non black, then please understand as a pet home it may not be available to you if it is better suited to a breeder or a different home. I am holding the blue girl back and the blue boy may be headed to a different breeder leaving only the red merle for now. If he is not the best fit for you, we will not sell him to you. If he is not a keeper for me, another breeder and he is a great match for a specific pet family, will he go there. If you leave a pet reservation with him as your first choice, you may have to take a different puppy if he is not the best fit.
This litter is being raised by Mercedes co-owners. So we may not have weekly pictures and they may mat be the quality of my pictures since I have had 23 years of experience taking puppy pictures. We will do our best. I will see them at 6 weeks to do first vaccines and they come home at 8 weeks at which time I can start to make placement promises to pet homes.

She is a Bi without copper. She is my last pick for a bi coloured puppy at birth but that can change week by week as they grow up. She already has a ton of pigment which I love. No worry about noses and lack of pigment!

She's a bi without copper. Beautiful girl, smaller than her black sister so maybe a better size for breeding so we will see how she grows up. We will re-evaluate her at 6 weeks when we see her and decide if we are still holding her or offering her for sale.

DRACO - THE DRAGON

well the only red and my bad luck is that he is a tri with copper. I was REALLY hoping he'd be a bi and I'd have a red stud dog in my future.
Please note. I can not guarantee him to anyone at a day old. I place puppies based on personality and how they fit into each potential home. It is best for the breed if he is excellent quality to go to a fellow breeder, if he is crazy athletic it is best for him to be in a sports home. If he is laid back he needs a different home than if he is really active. I do not know these things until the puppies are older and we can evaluate him. A tree could fall on my house and he could perish. A reservation for him as a pet is just for him as your first choice if all the stars align in your favor. BUT you must be willing to take a different puppy if he is not available to you and I will probably only have black females available. Application fees are not refundable and I do not have another pet litter with Red any time soon, not until we breed Pastel and Pawter which may be a winter litter.
